SEN Teaching Assistant - Year 4 (ASD Support)\n Barnet, NW9 (commutable from Colindale, Hendon, Burnt Oak, Mill Hill, Edgware)\n £105-£115 per day\n Start Date: January 2026\n Contract: Full-time, long-term (Full Academic Year)\n \n Long Term Futures is seeking a calm, patient, and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support to a Year 4 pupil with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Barnet. This role is ideal for someone with prior ASD experience who understands the importance of structure, consistency, and positive relationships in supporting pupil progress.\n\nAbout the Role\n Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, you will support the pupil both academically and emotionally, helping them access learning and build confidence within the classroom environment.
