Location: Camden Start Date: Immediately Contract Type: Full-time /Permananent About the Role Protocol Education is seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support children with a range of special educational needs across our partner schools. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young learners. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, SLD). Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities. Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication, and social development. Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. Requirements Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting). Strong communication and behaviour management skills. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
