About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs • Assist class teachers in delivering tailored learning activities • Help implement EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and behaviour strategies • Support pupils with their social, emotional, and academic development • Promote a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure each child thrives
