As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students — particularly those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) — helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Whether you have previous SEN experience or a passion for supporting young people, this is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

Provide focused 1:1 support and lead small group interventions Assist with planning and delivering tailored, engaging lessons Support students’ academic, emotional, and social development Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
