An outstanding primary school, located in Banbury are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join them at the beginning of the new academic year- September 2025. The primary school are searching for a creative and nurturing individual to join their team of teaching assistants in order to enhance SEN support for their pupils. This role as an SEN Teaching Assistant will be filled by someone who looks to uphold the school's values of inclusivity and wishes to create a safe learning environment for those with additional needs to thrive in. This role as a SEN Teaching assistant is available to all levels of qualification (TA-HLTA) and also to candidates who are looking for their first steps into the classroom. The primary school values hard work and dedication to creating the best environment for their SEN pupils, therefore, a 'can-do' attitude is most important when finding the perfect candidate for this SEN Teaching Assistant role.

The SEN Teaching Assistant will be collaboration with their peers in this three-form entry primary school, therefore they will be carefully selected to fit in with their current members of staff. Experience with SEN pupils is something that is highly regarded but not essential if the ideal candidate can demonstrate a drive to learn and tackle new experiences.
