The Role SEN Teaching Assistant

Seeking a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 1116 with social, emotional and mental health needs. You will work closely with the class teacher to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and meet their individual EHCP targets. The role involves supporting emotional regulation, promoting positive behaviour strategies and maintaining a calm, structured and safe learning environment to encourage engagement and progress.
