Day to day for this learning support assistant role: Support child with learning tasks Nurturing and self esteem activities Brain and movement breaks Supporting with behaviour Spotting triggers and implenting behaviour support as required As a learning support assistant you will show strong pastoral and emotional support for your pupil , as well as being vigilant to their cues and needs which will mean able to think on the spot and being flexible with his timetable.
