Pay: From £85 per day

Are you passionate about helping a child thrive, one moment at a time? Supply Desk is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Radlett seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to provide consistent support to a pupil with additional needs.

The Role

Providing 1:1 support tailored to a child’s individual needs
Supporting learning, emotional regulation, and confidence
Adapting activities to suit different learning styles
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or similar)
Patient, calm, and nurturing approach
Confident building positive relationships
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
