We are seeking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible

Salary: Competitive Rate

Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm

About the Role:

Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and adapting materials to meet individual needs.
Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Support pupils with personal care and mobility where required.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential).
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and constructive manner.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) are advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
