Responsibilities: • Support pupils with EHCPs or additional learning needs, in and out of the classroom • Help implement tailored strategies such as visual supports, sensory breaks, and emotional regulation tools • Encourage communication, independence, and engagement with learning • Provide personal care if needed (training provided) • Contribute to pupil progress through observations and regular feedback
