Smart Education is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 class within a specialist setting in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a full-time permanent position beginning January 2026, ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.

Requirements:

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification • Experience supporting KS2 and/or SEND pupils preferred • Strong communication, patience and resilience • Ability to follow EHCPs and support individual learning needs • Team-focused attitude and a positive approach to challenge • Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
