• Experience supporting children with special educational needs is desirable
• Patient, empathetic, and able to build positive relationships with pupils
• Able to support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
• Confident in adapting support to meet individual learning needs
• A team player who works well with teachers and support staff
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
