Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting students with diverse SEN needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH).

• Working alongside experienced teachers to deliver targeted support in-class and in small group sessions.

• Encouraging student engagement, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

• Assisting with behaviour management strategies and EHCP targets.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEN (school-based or similar).

• A calm, patient, and resilient personality.

• Understanding of behaviour strategies and safeguarding practices.

• Relevant qualifications are a bonus, but a proactive and nurturing attitude is key!
