Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm | Term Time Only

Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term or Permanent

Salary range: £89 to £100

About the Role:

- Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support - Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation - Collaborate with teachers and staff to create engaging learning experiences - Support students during classroom and outdoor activities - Celebrate and track student progress

Key Responsibilities:

- Build strong relationships with students to boost confidence - Implement behaviour management strategies - Assist in creating engaging learning resources and displays
