Location: Rugby Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm Long term and Temp-to-Perm Opportunity Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs? We're recruiting dedicated Teaching Assistants for a fantastic, well-established specialist SEN setting in Rugby. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a warm, inclusive school community where every day truly makes a difference. About The RoleIn this role, you will:

• Support pupils with a range of needs (ASD, SLD, PMLD, complex needs)
• Assist with classroom learning, activities and behaviour support
• Work closely with a friendly, supportive staff team
• Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Work Monday - Friday, term time only

• Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
