SEN Teaching Assistant - Longfield

The Role:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN

Support pupils with EHCPs, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or speech and language needs

Implement personalised learning and differentiation strategies

Use visual aids, communication strategies, and Makaton/PECS where appropriate

Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation

Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents

Monitor and report on pupil progress

The Ideal Candidate:

Experienced working with children with SEN in a primary or secondary setting

Patient, empathetic, and adaptable

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Committed to inclusive education and safeguarding
