Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
About the Role:

Were searching formotivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistantsto join one of our welcoming Primary schools in Tameside. Youll be supporting children in a general classroom support capacity, as well as either in small groups or 1:1.
Key responsibilities for a SEN Teaching Assistant:
Support children in1:1 and in small groupsacross EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Assist teachers in creating engaging, inclusive lessons
Promotepositive behaviourand a love of learning
Encourage resilience, social skills, and independence
Create a safe, supportive learning environment
What were looking for:
Have experience as a SEN TA, Classroom TA, youth worker, mentor, or in a care role
Are patient, adaptable, and committed to student success
Can build positive relationships with young people
Have experience supporting primary aged children (advantage but not essential)
Are eager to learn and grow in education
Able to commute to Manchester
