Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to pupils with individual learning plans Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and behaviour

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with SEN (desirable) A relevant qualification in education, childcare, or child development (advantageous) Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive, flexible, and patient approach A genuine passion for supporting young learners
