Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional needs) Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages progress and independence Support pupils with emotional regulation and daily routines Adapt to different school environments while maintaining a consistent, calm, and positive approach Role Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN (in school, residential, or care settings)
