We’re looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our pupils. As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our pupils’ learning, wellbeing, and personal development. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Supporting pupils with learning activities and care needs Adapting to the varied needs of pupils and being flexible in your approach Experienced in working with children with SEN (paid or voluntary) Flexible, creative, and child-centred Committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare Able to build warm, supportive relationships with pupils GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C/Level 2 or above) Understanding of safeguarding and child protection Knowledge of SEN, SEMH, or ASD Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle You’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally while helping pupils achieve their full potential.
