What You'll Be Doing

As an SEN Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN and SEMH needs Assist in delivering personalised learning plans Support pupils with emotional regulation, communication and social development Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral teams Encourage positive behaviour and consistency in the classroom What We're Looking For
