What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students with Autism and PMLD in 1:1, small-group, and classroom settings Helping with communication, engagement, sensory regulation, and daily routines Creating a nurturing, structured learning space where students feel safe and understood Using visual supports, personalised strategies, and specialist approaches (training provided) Assisting with academic tasks, life skills, and emotional development Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support teams to keep progress consistent What We’re Looking For
