We are seeking a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with complex needs in a dynamic and supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small-group support for students with complex learning, physical, and emotional needs. * Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and care plans tailored to each student. * Use a range of strategies and resources, including visual aids, sensory tools, and communication aids, to support learning. * Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. * Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support for students. * Support personal care tasks, promoting independence where possible. * Manage challenging behaviours using appropriate strategies and de-escalation techniques. * Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and SEN staff. * Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
