As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be a superstar support for children who need that extra helping hand. You will:

Work one-on-one or with small groups to support pupils with diverse learning needs Help deliver personalised learning activities tailored to each child’s unique strengths and challenges Assist in building confidence, social skills, and independence, helping children thrive in the classroom and beyond Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create a supportive and inclusive environment Support behaviour management with kindness and understanding, ensuring every child feels safe and valued Celebrate every step forward, big or small because progress is POWER!
