Location: Basingstoke Start Date: ASAP Pay: £89 - £100 per day Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking to support children with special educational needs? This role would suit individuals with experience in education, care, or support work, as well as those looking to gain valuable classroom experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant . In this role, the SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils both in the classroom and in small groups, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and develop key social and communication skills. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and consistent learning environment. Within this role, you will: Support pupils with SEN in the classroom and during small group activities Assist with the delivery of targeted interventions Help pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and engagement Encourage independence and participation in lessons Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support learning outcomes The school offers a supportive environment, welcoming staff, and opportunities for ongoing training and development.
