SEN Teaching Assistant - Surrey Salary: 22,000 - 24000 (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time / Part-time Permanent Start Date: ASAP We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Surrey , supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), SEMH, ADHD and other complex learning needs . As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in the classroom and 1:1 as needed Help manage behaviour using positive, trauma-informed approaches Previous experience working with SEN pupils (ASD, SEMH, ADHD) is desirable Ability to follow instructions and adapt to pupil's needs A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children No formal teaching qualification is required, but relevant experience or training is an advantage.
