Role ResponsibilitiesTeachers Deliver engaging, SEND-focused lessons tailored to individual pupil needs Assess, track, and report on pupil progress Work closely with LSAs, SENCOs, and the wider school team Create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Support children with SEND, SEMH, or additional learning needs Help create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment Who We’re Looking For Qualified Teachers (QTS or equivalent) Experienced LSAs or Teaching Assistants Candidates passionate about supporting pupils in SEND settings Individuals who hold an enhanced child-only DBS Why Work With Teaching Personnel?
