A SEN teacher is needed for a SEN school in North West London for primary and secondary school students with special educational needs.

Your responsibilities as a SEN teacher may include:

Lesson planning and delivery for students with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. This may include alternative teaching methods, such as Lego therapy and intensive interaction sessions. Helping students to develop confidence and independence. Implementing behaviour management techniques, which may include physical restraints, to maintain a positive and safe learning environment. Working with specialist teaching services, medical staff, counsellors, and psychologists Being aware of safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of students.

To be a SEN teacher, you will need:

The right to work in the UK. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or overseas trained teacher awaiting QTS. A clear and up-to-date DBS Experience working as a Teacher in a UK school. A patient and 'can-do' attitude.
