RoleRole & Responsibilities Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum. Implement effective teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and needs. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management. Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records. Contribute to the overall school improvement plan. Participate in professional development opportunities.
