The school supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs Create a structured and nurturing classroom environment Work closely with teaching assistants and therapists Monitor progress using EHCP targets Requirements: QTS or equivalent Experience working within SEN (ASD experience highly desirable) Patience, xehkeey empathy, and strong communication skills Why Join This School?
