Personal qualities are key. We are looking for teachers who are:
✔ Patient, nurturing and resilient
✔ Creative and adaptable in their teaching approach
✔ Skilled in behaviour management within specialist settings
✔ Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
✔ Passionate about making a lasting difference
What We Offer:

- Competitive salary aligned with MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance.
- The opportunity to work within highly supportive, specialist environments.
- Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.
- A dedicated SEN recruitment team to support you throughout your placement.
