SEN Teacher - ARP (MLD) - September Start
A well-resourced and inclusive primary school in New Addington is seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to lead and teach within their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) from September.
This is a key role within the school, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a specialist provision and make a significant impact on pupil outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible not only for delivering high-quality teaching, but also for leading the unit and managing a team of support staff.
The ARP is well-established, with clear systems and support in place, and the school has a strong commitment to inclusion and SEN provision.

The Role Will Involve:
Leading and managing the ARP for pupils with MLD Full teaching responsibilities including planning, assessment, and reporting Designing and delivering a tailored curriculum to meet a range of learning needs Managing and supporting a team of Teaching Assistants Implementing EHCP targets and tracking pupil progress Creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
