SEN Teacher - Folkestone
Academics are currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school based in Folkestone. This is a full-time role, working 5 days per week, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and complex special educational needs.

The Role: SEN Teacher
Deliver engaging, tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with ASC and complex SEN Create a structured, safe, and inclusive classroom environment Work closely with Teaching Assistants and multidisciplinary teams to support student development Implement EHCP targets and adapt teaching strategies accordingly Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedbackRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential Proven experience working within SEN settings, particularly with ASC and complex needs Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, adaptable approach A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs Excellent communication and teamwork skillsWhat's on Offer:
