Hanson Recruitment is working with a large number of schools across the South-West which require teachers, teaching assistants and cover supervisors. We are currently partnering with a specialist SEN school in Bristol which is seeking a dedicated and resilient Intervention Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis on Mondays-Thursdays.

The role is based in a specialist SEN school catering for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and will primarily involve delivering targeted intervention sessions designed to boost GCSE outcomes. This will predominantly be with Year 11 pupils in small groups or 1:1 settings.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced teacher or a skilled intervention specialist who is passionate about helping young people achieve meaningful qualifications and next-step opportunities.

Pay rate: £150-£180 (subject to experience and qualifications). This role is part-time during school hours, term-time only.
