Working as a static class teacher , you ll provide continuity, structure and consistent support across all areas of learning for a small class of pupils with complex learning needs. You will deliver a pre-formal or semi-formal curriculum , aligned to learning pathways below the National Curriculum, adapting learning activities to meet individual EHCP targets and each pupil s developmental stage. You ll teach a small class of pupils, providing consistent teaching across all subjects to support their communication, emotional regulation and independence. Working closely with a skilled support team, therapists and families, you ll help ensure every child receives holistic, personalised support. You ll be working with a small class of , who are in Key Stage 1 providing consistent support as their static class teacher across all subjects. Our students have Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and you ll play a key role in helping them learn, develop their abilities, and build self-esteem. You ll work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants and therapy professionals, planning and delivering engaging, personalised learning experiences tailored to each pupil. Consistency, structure and positive relationships will be central to your role as you support pupils to build confidence and independence.
