Salary: Up to 38,000 per annum (depending on experience not pro rata )
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 8:30am 4:30pm
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join our team at Meadows View School, part of the Options Autism family.

In this role, you will plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of pupils with a variety of complex needs. Youll play a key role in helping young people thrive academically, emotionally, and sociallyempowering them to build incredible futures.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering meaningful education in a therapeutic setting. Your approach will be calm, engaging, and adaptable, always focused on supporting each learner to reach their full potential.

Our New Options Autism School is a specialist school caters for young people aged 5-11 with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs. The school has capacity for 25 pupils and is due to open in Easter 2025.

For over 16 years Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. We are a leading provider of education for neurodivergent young people and young adults. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.
