\nDevelop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress. \nWork closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for pupils. \nCreate a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

\nAssess and report on pupil progress in line with school policies. \n \nRequirements \n \nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. \nProven experience teaching pupils with SEN in a school setting.

\nStrong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions. \nExcellent communication and organisational skills. \nA patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to teaching.
