About the role:

Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching and targeted support to pupils with a range of special educational needs, including non-verbal learners. Plan, deliver and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs), using appropriate and alternative communication strategies where required. Create an inclusive, engaging and supportive classroom environment, working collaboratively with support staff and wider school teams. Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing clear and consistent feedback to the SENCO and relevant teaching staff.
