SEN Specialist Teacher - Ware Specialist SEMH School | Education and Training Sector Salary: £28,618 - £41,137 per annum (actual) Contract: Full-Time | Permanent (Temp-to-Perm Considered) This role is ideal for an experienced SEN teacher or nurture practitioner who is passionate about helping pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs re-engage with education, build emotional resilience, and achieve both academically and personally. The Role - SEN Specialist Teacher - Ware As a SEN Specialist Teacher, you will: * Deliver high-quality, nurture-based teaching to small groups and on a 1:1 basis * Support pupils with SEMH needs, focusing on emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies * Apply trauma-informed and attachment-aware practices consistently * Plan and deliver personalised learning aligned to individual EHCP outcomes * Work collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, therapists and external professionals * Create a calm, structured and predictable classroom environment where pupils feel safe and valued You will play a pivotal role in building strong, trusting relationships that enable pupils to develop confidence, self-regulation and a renewed enthusiasm for learning.
