SEN Teaching Assistant – Make Everyday Matter Location: Various locations across Hampshire Contract: Full-time  Salary: £100 per day (6hour shifts) Plus: Excellent Training & Career Progression

Your Day-to-Day Impact

• Delivering personalised 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs (including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more).
• Using your creativity to make learning accessible, engaging, and meaningful.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists to support tailored learning plans.
• Building positive, trusting relationships that allow pupils to feel safe, supported, and understood.
• Supporting emotional regulation, social development, and confidence-building every step of the way.
