SEN Teaching Assistant – Tonbridge area Full Time | Monday–Friday | £13.68 per hourImmediate Start | Long-Term Role (Potential to Go Permanent) A warm, welcoming, and truly lovely SEN school in Tonbridge is seeking an experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support secondary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism and behavioural difficulties. The Role Full-time, Monday to Friday Working hours: 8:15am – 4:30pm Supporting secondary-aged students with autism, behavioural needs, and other learning difficulties Providing 1:1 and small-group support Assisting class teachers with daily tasks, classroom routines, and lesson delivery Helping to create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements Must have the Right to Work (ETW) in the UK Clear Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service – essential Previous SEN experience is required, ideally with autism and behaviour support Calm, patient and resilient approach Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with young people Passion for helping xehkeey students overcome barriers and achieve their potential What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £13.68 Immediate start Ongoing long-term booking Opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate Supportive leadership and a friendly, caring school environment If you are interested, please do apply with your most recent CV!
