The Role The core focus of this position is to support one child across all areas of the primary curriculum. You will be responsible for implementing the child's Individual Education Plan (IEP) or Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan, adapting activities as necessary, and assisting in the management of any specific learning, communication, or emotional needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and the school's Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to track progress, foster independence, and ensure the child is fully included in school life.
