Hello Education are working with a fantastic specialist school in Manchester who are looking for an experienced and passionate SEND Primary Teacher to join their team from 5th January. This role will run until the Easter term, with the potential for the placement to be extended.

This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a warm, supportive specialist setting, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs in a nurturing, structured environment.

The Role:

  • Full-time SEND Primary Teacher
  • Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
  • Supporting pupils with a variety of SEND needs, including SEMH, ASD, communication and learning needs
  • Creating a calm and positive classroom environment
  • Working closely with support staff, therapists and the wider SEN team
  • Monitoring progress and adapting learning to meet individual needs

The School Are Looking For:

  • A qualified Primary Teacher with SEND experience
  • Strong classroom management and a nurturing approach
  • Someone patient, adaptable and confident working in a specialist setting
  • A teacher who can engage pupils through structure, consistency and positive routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
