The setting is an SEN school catering for primary and secondary age pupils in smaller class sizes, who are looking for someone with a range of experience to join their team ASAP.The Role:Working with children on a 1:1 and group basis who have a variety of needs, tailoring learning to suit themWorking within a team and helping to build a comfortable environment for all children and staffFollowing care plans, EHCPs, Pupil Passports and other relevant documentsBeing comfortable with personal care is advantageousSupporting a curriculum using a holistic approach within a multi-disciplinary teamWhat you will need:Experience of working with children and/or adults who have complex needsA willingness to jump in and help where necessaryBeing competent in helping to prepare the pupils for becoming ready for adulthood through being a positive role model and influence The ability to support challenging behaviour, encourage independence and follow the values of the schoolWhat we offer:When you work with Qualiteach, you will have access to a range of expertise and advice as well as benefits.
