The Role - SEN Learning Support Assistant

Qualiteach are seeking a committed SEN Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEN school in Hillingdon supporting Post-16 students. This is a full-time, long-term position with immediate trials available.

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will be working with young people with complex needs, supporting their academic progress, independence, communication, and preparation for adulthood. The role includes personal care, supporting therapy programmes, and promoting life and vocational skills. You will work closely with teaching staff and therapists to provide a structured and supportive learning environment.
