✨ About the Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning needs * Assist children with SEN, speech and language difficulties, autism, physical or medical needs * Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities * Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment * Work collaboratively with staff to monitor and support pupil progress and well-being.

Who We’re Looking For

* Graduates and non-graduates are welcome * Caring, patient, and compassionate approach essential * Experience working with children or in an educational setting is advantageous * Able to work full-time or flexible hours to meet the needs of pupils * Eligible to work in the UK with a valid National Insurance number * Able to provide recent and relevant references with an interest in Learning Support Assistant
