SEN Learning Support Assistant -Hillingdon\n\nLocation: Hillingdon\n Start Date: Immediate start\n Contract: Full-time, Long-term (term time only)\n Salary: £95.00 -110.00 per day (depending on experience)\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a 3-form entry vibrant and inclusive school in Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people, supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and MLD.\n\nThe Role:\n\nProvide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN.\nWork closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored interventions.\nAssist with the implementation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs).\nPromote independence, confidence, and emotional well-being in pupils.\nSupport with behaviour management and encourage positive engagement in learning.The Ideal Candidate Will:\n\nHave previous experience working with SEN students (school, childcare, or youth work experience considered).\nBe patient, empathetic, and adaptable to different learning needs.\nHave strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.\nHold a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply for one).\nBe committed to supporting the academic and personal development of all pupils.Why Join Us?\n Supportive, welcoming team and leadership.\n Ongoing training and CPD opportunities.
