Lesson Adaptation: Assist in planning and delivering lessons or activities that are accessible, engaging, and adapted to each student's individual learning style and pace. Monitoring & Feedback: Track students' progress and regularly share observations with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure effective support is in place. Emotional Support: Create a safe, nurturing environment that encourages emotional resilience, confidence, and independence.
