Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)We are seeking a confident, experienced and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive primary schools autism unit in Bath. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with autism.You will be predominantly working with pre-verbal pupils with autism across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Class sizes are small, typically 58 pupils, ensuring a focused and supportive learning environment. This role is temporary, with the potential to become permanent following a successful period. Pay rate: £110-£130 per day (subject to experience and qualifications).
