Plan creative differentiated lessons tailored to a range of KS2-level abilities. Work closely with support staff, therapists, and external agencies to meet pupils needs. Foster a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. Assess progress regularly and adapt teaching approaches to ensure meaningful academic and personal development. Is a qualified teacher (PGCE/QTS/QTLS essential). Has experience working with pupils with SEND, particularly those working below age-related expectations. Understands SEMH, cognition and learning needs, communication difficulties, or other complex learning profiles. Is patient, resilient, and creative in their approach to teaching.
